Plastik SpA and Plastik Textile SpA have adopted a reporting management process (including anonymous reports) concerning the company, submitted by third parties or individuals collaborating with Plastik Group.

The process complies with the new regulations introduced by Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and the Council of October 23, 2019, on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and containing provisions regarding the protection of persons reporting violations of national regulations (the so-called “Whistleblowing Decree”).

The reporting management process is an integral part of the Organization, Management, and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.
